Classic Tudor in the heart of Richmonds coveted Bellevue neighborhood! This home has been fully updated, while also preserving it's timeless charm. Be greeted by an open foyer as you walk in. Flowing through your first floor is a spacious, sun kissed living room with a gas fireplace, and a large dining room, that opens up to the fully updated kitchen. Just a couple of steps down is a huge flex space, currently being used as a bedroom, but would serve well as a second living area. There is also a powder room on the first floor, which is hard to come by in these homes. Up the beautiful original staircase, you'll find 4 bedrooms, an updated full bathroom, and a newly decked back balcony. This inviting home features a great front sitting porch, tons of natural light throughout, original hardwood floors, glass door knobs, and more, giving it it's timeless charm. There is also a detached, 1.5 car garage that would serve as a great workshop, or could easily be upgraded to a studio/flex space. The lot is full of tasteful plantings, both front and rear. Everything you could ever want in a Bellevue home is here. Don't miss it!
